This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party services that integrate with our platform, nor to unrelated websites, software, or products. Access to and use of our Services is also governed by a separate agreement, the Master Services Agreement (“MSA”), which covers processing of customer-submitted data (“Service Data”) within a dedicated customer instance.

We collect limited business-related personal information from our users and visitors, which typically includes:

  • Job title

  • Company or employer name

  • Work email address

  • Business mailing address

  • Work phone number

We collect this information for purposes such as:

  • Delivering and managing the Services

  • Improving and tailoring our services to your needs

We do not sell your personal information. Your data is only shared with trusted partners when necessary to provide services on our behalf.

Occasionally, we may collect your information from public or third-party sources (e.g., industry directories or LinkedIn) to supplement our records.

When you visit our Sites, we automatically gather certain data to improve usability and functionality. This data may include:

dRVT is based in the United States. When you use our Services, your data will be processed in the U.S. and may be stored there. By continuing to use our platform, you consent to this transfer and processing.

For residents of the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and other legal mechanisms to safeguard cross-border data transfers. We are committed to aligning with the principles laid out in the GDPR and other global privacy frameworks.

To date, we have received zero requests for user data from any governmental authorities.

Under applicable data protection laws—including the EU’s GDPR—you may have the right to:

  • Ask us to delete your data (subject to legal obligations)

Prospect or marketing data is kept as long as it continues to serve a legitimate business purpose. Upon verified request, personal data can be permanently deleted from our systems.
